What you will need:
- A bunch of fresh asparagus
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced.
- 1/2 chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- crushed pepper flakes and salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Method:
- Wash and cut asparagus into 2 or 3 parts and put in the microwave for 40 seconds
- In a pan melt butter and add garlic, chili pepper and onions and stir fry
- Add salt, pepper, and crushed pepper flakes and stir.
- Add 2 tablespoons of milk and let it heat up
- Add the asparagus to the pan until tender and serve immediately!
