Cook Time: 6-8 minutes
What you will need:
- 1.5 cups of rice (white or brown)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 chili pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt, hot sauce and chili flakes to taste
Method:
- Cook rice (steam or boil)
- In a wok or pan add olive oil and let it heat up.
- Add garlic, ginger and chili pepper and let it cook for a minute
- Add onions, carrots and bell pepper to the pan and let it cook for another minute.
- Finally add broccoli, peas and tomatoes to the pan.
- Add salt, soy sauce, chili pepper flakes and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add rice to the pan and mix all the ingredients together until rice is hot. Serve immediately!
